Our team of LAG members, Volunteers, Partners and Programme Staff work together to deliver the objectives of our Local Development Strategy.
The Local Action Group meets three times a year at LAG Forums, setting and monitoring the priorities for funding. Anyone with an interest in this area can join and members come from all walks of life, keen to use their knowledge and experience to encourage strong economic growth in rural areas.
The Executive Committee is the decision-making sub-group of the Local Action Action Group. The committee meets regularly to agree funding for projects and monitor the governance and the performance of the programme. Members represent the three sectors identified by the LEADER approach – public, private and civil society, sharing their knowledge and experience of our priority areas and location.
